Mission
Our mission is to enhance mental health by connecting people with personalized digital mental wellness tools. As of 2023, 91% of people that need mental health support are unable to get it. Position Overview
We are looking for backend engineer to continue to build the backend to support our mental health companion iOS app — Yuna.
Our team is small, but we are passionate about changing the world. As a startup, we understand that our key advantage is executing fast and adapting to the needs of our customer. Because of this, each member is treated as an expert. We each have a great level of ownership and autonomy, and understand that this means the team’s success rides on our own efforts.
Requirements / Experience:
- GoLang - The backend powering our app has been built in Go
- GCP - We rely extensively on Google Cloud Platform as our cloud provider
- Fluent and strong communication in English
- Ability to overlap working hours in Pacific Standard Timezone (USA)
Experience here would be a plus:
- Kubernetes
- RabbitMQ
- SWIFT
- LangChainJS
- SSL/TLS
- Sockets
The following would be a cherry on top:
- Python / NodeJS
- Machine Learning
Location: Remote (Can work anywhere in the world, but must be willing to overlap at least 4 hours with PST)
